The bassist of 1980s reggae dance orchestra UB40 has been banned from run companies for Little Joe years after a bust-up all over clerking.
Earl Hawker was secured because his troupe Physiological reaction Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't fair carve up the issue with creditors.
The group's line of work director David Bird Parker and beau managing director Lanval Storrod were handed 11-twelvemonth and memek four-year bans respectively.
It is implied two early ex-stria members were among the creditors.
